The hotel offered sauna for guests. We could have lunch in Declinaison Traiteur set within 300 metres. A great place for exploring Albi: D

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The chalets were comfortable and had everything we needed, and the style of the place was really appealing. The pool looked inviting even in cold weather, and having breakfast delivered in the morning was a great convenience.
The mobile home we stayed in was not comfortable at all. We had to clean it ourselves to get our deposit back, and it seemed like the general cleaning hadn't been done in a while.

Convenient location, good facilities. the hotel had a good location for exploring the city and offered nice facilities like a clean pool and well-maintained showers. We appreciated the convenience of being close to the city's attractions and having access to good amenities.
Overpriced, unfriendly staff. Our experience at the hotel was marred by the high price for what we received and the unhelpful attitude of the staff.

Convenient for visiting Albi as we could walk in either through the woods or along the roads into the town (about 40 - 45 mins) while staying in a lovely rural setting. Chalets were of a very high standard and well equipped and pool looked great although as we were only staying for 2 nights we didn't have time to use it. Large Geant supermarche within walking distance.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and we especially loved the beautiful park surrounding the property. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a tempting heated outdoor pool and hot tub, as well as a sauna. The location was perfect, right in the center of this city, close to all of the town's attractions and the Cathedral. The daily breakfast delivery was a wonderful touch, making our mornings even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
It was all superb.

This was a very well run and clean camping lodge. The staff were polite and helpful and being able to order bread and croissants for delivery to the chalet was a bonus. The chalets were comfortable and adequately equipped. The on-site swimming pool was very clean and warm - one of the best we have come across. I would happily stay here again.
The chalet bedrooms were a little small but the beds were comfortable and there was shelving and hanging space for clothes.

For a good price we had our own chalet, and we were upgraded when we got there because the site wasn't full, which was nice. The site was quiet and the chalet was clean and had all the basic facilities you could want. The beds and sofa weren't particularly comfortable or big but were ok for 3 nights. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke some English. There is plenty of free parking on site for guests. This accommodation is best for people who want something between a campsite and a self- catered hotel, and who want to explore the local countryside as much as Albi itself.
I was expecting the site to be in the countryside a little way out of the town, but really it is based in a residential area on the outskirts of town. It's still nice because there is grass and some tall trees making it appear something like an alpine chalet campsite (with some imagination!) Unfortunately it's a long walk into Albi, which meant taking the car into town each time.
